Home-based food, sweets, and preserved goods project in Latakia.

Matbakh Delivery is a passionate home-based venture led by Mrs. Ghaidaa from Latakia, driven by her determination to support her family while sharing authentic homemade flavors inspired by traditional mother's recipes. Launched between 2019 and 2021, the project successfully created permanent jobs for three women, alongside additional part-time workers during peak demand.

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic and Syria’s suffocating economic crisis, Mrs. Ghaidaa was forced to close her physical shop, leaving her and her team without income. Despite these hardships, she refused to abandon her dream. She resumed operations from her home and continues to collaborate with the same women for large orders, preserving their spirit of teamwork and mutual support.

Matbakh Delivery offers a diverse range of homemade foods, including:

• Pantry staples and preserves "Mooneh"

• Occasion platters

• Catering for conferences and events

Supporting this project goes beyond preserving authentic flavors—it’s an active contribution to empowering hardworking women and reviving hope in a community where every job created and every helping hand matters.
